Returns and Refunds Policy


Our returns and refund policy last 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

You can claim a Return, Exchange, and Refund in the following cases:

  • The delivered product does not match the specification mentioned on the seller’s page 
  • The quality of the delivered product is not good
  • The delivered product is damaged, broken or non-functional

You will be notified where to ship your product for return/refund after we receive and accept your return/refund request. Please note, buyers are responsible for their own shipping when returning an item unless the item received from the seller is damaged. You will be required to send photos of the damaged item. We offer either an exchange or a refund on a damaged item sent to you.

Returns and refunds are not available for the following items:·      

  • Items that are customized for the buyer
  • Sale items
  • Perishable goods such as food
  • Gift cards


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

You can submit your claim request by sending us an email at with the following details:

  • Your name
  • Your order number
  • Return product(s)
  • Reason(s) for the claim
  • Claim option: (Return / Exchange / Refund)
  • Any additional information

Our support staff will coordinate with you to proceed with your claim. It may take from 7 to 14 business days to process your claim requests.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
