Vendor Biography

The company is named *Andarab Women’s Handicrafts Production Company*, established by Mrs. Bebi Sherin Mohammadi in 2016 in Pul-e-Khumri, Baghlan province. The business focuses on producing traditional Afghan handicrafts such as Balochi embroidery, weaving, leatherwork, and national crafts.

The goal of this enterprise is to improve household economic conditions and create job opportunities for others. Currently, the company employs 11 people (8 women and 3 men). Their products are distinguished by beautiful design, high quality, and transparency in handmade work.

One of the main challenges faced is the lack of a dedicated workspace and difficulties in moving goods between different markets. Mrs. Mohammadi’s long-term dream is to build a large company to empower women, especially rural and refugee women who have returned home suffering from unemployment and hardship, and to address these challenges effectively.
