Vendor Biography

I am Shah Bibi Alizadah, 35 years old, living in Herat province. I am married and have three children (two daughters and one son). Our family has six members. I graduated from Grade 14 in Teacher Training in Herat province and worked as a teacher for twelve years.

With the savings from my teaching salary and a strong interest in personal business, I was motivated to do something for my community, especially for women facing unemployment and stress. After research and consultations, I decided to start food processing, which began in 2020.

At first, I started with three female employees and was able to enter the Herat market. With the encouragement and support of customers, my interest and motivation grew, and year by year I saw the growth of my business. Despite all challenges and obstacles, I moved forward, and today sixteen female employees and one male employee work with us on a permanent basis.

Our activity is located in District 12 of Herat province, and our business has expanded not only in Herat but also to neighboring provinces.
