Founded with a passion for art and a vision to create meaningful opportunities, Liyan Art combines handmade artistic products, resin materials, creative training, and entrepreneurship support under one platform. The business creates unique resin products such as wall clocks, paintings, trays, decorative pieces, customized gifts, and other handmade artworks. It also provides resin materials and accessories to help other artists and learners start and grow their own creative projects.
A central part of Liyan Art’s mission is empowering women and young girls through practical skills and entrepreneurship. Through training, guidance, and hands-on experience, Liyan Art aims to help girls develop creative skills that can be transformed into home-based income opportunities and small businesses.
The idea behind Liyan Art began from a personal journey. After discovering resin art several years ago, the founder was unable to pursue it because the necessary materials and opportunities were not readily available in Afghanistan. Later, after receiving specialized training and bringing materials into the country, the founder began practicing resin art from home while balancing work, family, and other responsibilities. Over time, this individual passion developed into a business, a workshop, and a growing team.
Today, Liyan Art seeks to grow beyond a single art business and become a creative and entrepreneurial platform for Afghan women and girls—providing access to materials, training, mentorship, and opportunities to create sustainable livelihoods through art.
