Vendor Biography

I am Fahima Ghani Zadah, living in Herat, Afghanistan. More than seven years ago, I lost my husband and today I live with my three children – one daughter and two sons. After his passing, I decided to start my own business to support my family and build a better future.

Beginning of the Journey

My business journey began in 2017 (1396) from home and through online sales. My first products were herbal anti-wrinkle and skin-brightening creams, which quickly gained customer satisfaction because they were natural and free from side effects. The trust and encouragement of my customers gave me the motivation to expand. In 2018 (1397), I officially registered my business with the Municipality and the Ministry of Industry and Commerce, and continued my work professionally through an independent store.

Mission and Values

From the very beginning, my mission has been to offer herbal, natural, and organic products without chemicals or side effects, so that everyone can safely use healthy solutions for their beauty and personal care. My focus has always been on high quality, fair prices, and customer satisfaction. These values have distinguished our brand and helped “Mahroo Herbal Products” gradually gain recognition.

Women’s Empowerment

My work is not limited to production and sales. I strongly believe that women should have financial independence. Therefore, I have hired and trained several women to both earn an income and gain new skills. Today, my team includes 8 women and 2 men, all working with passion to grow the Mahroo brand.

Our products are available both in-store and through social media, and we proudly deliver not only in Herat but also across Afghanistan’s provinces.

Vision

I am a high school graduate and started this business with my personal savings. My biggest goal and dream is to introduce the Mahroo brand beyond Afghanistan and reach international markets.
