I am Najla Suleimankhil, a young and dedicated woman active in the field of handicrafts and business. I am a resident of Herat province, Afghanistan. My interest in art, creativity, and handmade crafts began in my teenage years, and this passion shaped the path of my future career.

Academically, I have studied in the field of business and have always tried to combine my knowledge with my artistic skills to build a real and sustainable business. I currently live with my family, whose support has played a significant role in the growth and development of my work.

My professional journey began with small home-based projects, but over time, I decided to formalize and expand my work. For this reason, in 2023, I officially launched my business. The main motivations behind starting this venture were my deep passion for art, creating a stable source of income, and providing job opportunities for women in my community.

Today, my business operates in two main categories:

Resin bags, fantasy bags, and girls’ handbags

Carpet-weaving products and traditional handicrafts

I am currently working with several women as employees and partners, and I aim to expand this team in the future.

My goal is to elevate the presence of Afghan handmade and high-quality products, grow my personal brand, and create more employment opportunities for women. I truly believe that art, entrepreneurship, and women’s empowerment together can build a brighter future for the next generations.
