My name is 𝒲𝒶𝒽𝒾𝒹𝒶 ℛ𝒶𝒽𝒾𝓂𝒾, and I am the founder of Zarafat Fashion & Tailoring Studio. I am originally from Kunduz and have several years of professional experience in tailoring and fashion design.
I established this studio with the aim of providing high-quality services in custom tailoring, modern and traditional designs, and beadwork training. Alongside my professional work, I live with my beloved parents and my two children, who are my greatest supporters and sources of motivation in life.
The reason behind creating this business is my strong belief that education and skill development are the most effective ways to bring real change to individuals and society. At a time when many families face economic challenges and one or two members carry the main financial burden, creating an educational–production system can reduce this dependency and open new opportunities for self-reliance.
My main motivation is to transform education from a theoretical concept into a practical pathway for income generation—a path where each trainee, after completing their training, can enter the job market and create economic value for themselves and their families. I aim to build an environment where talents are discovered, skills are developed, and individuals feel empowered and independent.
For me, this business is not just an economic activity, but also a social responsibility. My goal is to create sustainable change in the lives of individuals, especially women and youth, enabling them to build a more secure and independent future by relying on their own abilities. Ultimately, my vision is to create a sustainable cycle where education, production, and income come together to drive both individual and social growth.
